Wow, look at that screen, that's really bright, I love it!
I gotta say very stylish city bike and very lightweight and bring it upstairs would be very easy to do.

Fiido C21 has an incredible design and integration, the screen on the handlebars make the bike looks amazing, everything is very well designed to work together, even its integrated light on the handlebars, which has a very nice design. The screen is perfectly visible in outdoor and it has a function that I loved and that is by pressing the button on the screen we activate the Rocket Mode, which offer extra power and is perfect for climbing and facing any slope.

This right here is an ebike that is almost completely indistinguishable from a regular bike. It's so slim and sleek. And it's also extremely silent you won't believe how silent it is. You'll not believe how silent it is.So as you saw Fiido is doing great stuff lately. I was extremely impressed by Fiido X that I reviewed some time ago. It was very futuristic. This one on the other hand has more of a modern touch of it.
And it also use a more regular bike shape and structural design but with same bleeding edge hardware for a completely stress-free and elegant riding experience.

You'll notice the frame of it, I like the look of it. I really do think it looks quite kind of retro especially with sidewall of these tires being that clear color here.
The weight of C21 is just 18 kg, comparing other ebikes I've been reviewing that have weigh up to a phenomenal 37 kg, this thing feels really lightweight in comparison.
I do like the frame look at this ebike to me it's an ebike that almost does not looks like an ebike at all.
This bike is going to make no rattles no noise at all so very good the torque sensor with their special algorithm. It seems to be working very well I have no complaints.

Very clear frame geometry a nice matt glossy finish and some optical eye-catchers C21 doesn't look like a Fiido bike I remembered. I like the workship, quite well weld seams on the whole are really clean and smooth.
What I also like about the look is the fact the cable has been laid in the frame they don't bother and wear. Look at this small appearance of C21. What really stands out is its display, it looks really chic, it's a combination of slightly deterred color display and the control unit that lies underneath and is super readable.

My favorite thing about this bike is how smooth it feels to ride. So if I'm gonna compare it to previous e-bikes model I've tried, when the assistance kicks in on those it can feel a bit like Huh! It can be a bit sudden. With the C22 it just falls in the assistance in a great way.

*Can the battery be removed?
-The battery can be disassembled, but it is not recommended to remove it frequently to protect it from the whole design. Suppose you need to charge the battery separately. In that case, we recommend purchasing an extender battery for further use.
*What if I need a spare battery?
-Don't worry. We're launching the extender battery dedicated to Fiido E-gravel shortly. It's easy to install, and guess what? You'll get twice the cruising range and riding time!
*What's the special about torque sensing?
-Based on the Mivice motor, torque sensing system, and Fiido's exclusive torque algorithm, Fiido E-gravel will instantly measure your pedaling power and provide the corresponding power in real-time for the most intelligent and effortless riding experience.
*How many levels are in power assist mode? And what're their difference?
-Fiido E-gravel has five levels of power-assist modes. Eco, normal, sport, turbo, and turbo+ are ranked from low to high power output. Eco mode provides the smallest power and is the most environmentally friendly mode. In contrast, turbo+ mode offers the highest power output and fastest speed. You can switch to the right level base on your cycling needs.
*What is the difference between mid-mounted gauges and other gauges?
-The brand new Fiido mid-mounted modular display applied the technologies from cell phone screens, it is clearer and better waterproof. The central position is more aligned with most riding habits, and the backlit buttons provide a better vision for night riding. It is a display with a safer and more user-friendly design.
*Is the display easy to repair and replace?
-Yes. This innovative display is modular designed and can be replaced within 10 minutes.
*What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido Mate smartwatch or Fiido app?
-The original intention behind the design of Fiido E-gravel is to provide users with a more scientific and healthier cycling experience. Therefore, you can start the entire bike through the Fiido Mate or app effortlessly and monitor real-time sports data such as heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide.
*Why can I unlock the bike with the proximity start function via the watch, but the app can't?
-You may not notice that when the app is not using, it can be easily killed by the iOS or Android background processes and forced to deep sleep, making it unable to be activated to use in real-time. Using the app for the proximity start can easily result in bugs. Therefore, for user-friendly considerations, we have not implemented this feature for the app. However, this will not prevent you from exploring the more exciting and interesting features through the app.
*Is it possible to ride in rainy weather?
-Sure. The Fiido E-gravel is IP54 waterproof, and the central display is IP67 waterproof. However, we do not recommend riding in bad weather for safety considerations.
*How far can I ride on a single charge?
-Fiido E-gravel can be fully charged in just 3 hours on a single charge, supporting a range of up to 80km on a single charge. (Actual range data may vary due to different riding conditions.)
*Are there any extra accessories are available?
-In the package with the bike, you will find a pair of fenders, a kickstand, a new mid-mounted display, a headlight, and a taillight, all included! In addition, we're also offering the exclusive extender battery, rear rack, and front basket for Fiido E-gravel to provide you with more options for your travels. These accessories will be ready for purchase shortly. Please keep following Fiido for the latest updates.
*Do I need to pay any extra tax?
-The price of Fiido E-gravel you can see is the total price you need to pay. Please don't worry. Fiido will not charge you any extra tax.
